\nWe'd like to keep you informed about the latest updates to your solution, BerG\u00e8re, as well as the next important steps in the ongoing transition.<\/p>\n

1. Technical support always available<\/strong><\/h2>\n

BerG\u00e8re is currently fully supported by Mr. Jacques Kirouac (kirouacjacques@gmail.com), for French-speaking customers, and Jen & Chris Vervoort (jenandchrisv@hotmail.com<\/a>), for English-speaking customers. We remain committed to offering you the same level of quality and availability, whatever the means of communication.<\/p>\n

2. Transition to Stripe for billing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In preparation for the transition linked to TLM's acquisition of the BerG\u00e8re solution, we felt it essential to improve our billing and subscription management processes. These changes will be finalized by the summer. For the time being, we are using the\u00a0Stripe<\/strong>\u00a0for payment management. However, we may consider moving to a more integrated solution, as we want to be able to offer you an efficient system tailored to your needs.
\nWe are aware that information on these changes has not been communicated optimally and we sincerely apologize.
\nTo assist you, we have prepared a practical guide on how to pay your bills:<\/p>\n

3. Proactive billing management and follow-up during transition<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are making every effort to ensure smooth billing during this transition period. However, errors may occur. Should this happen, please be assured that we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to rectify the situation manually and as quickly as possible.
